About this file

This technical specification document supports an Invitation for Bid issued by the California Department of General Services, Procurement Division on behalf of the Office of State Publishing for the procurement of envelopes meeting specified requirements. The solicitation seeks qualified firms to supply envelopes for delivery to West Sacramento, with an estimated contract value between $500,000 and $700,000.
