For the spike strip installation, the contractor must saw cut and remove pavement and subgrade for the new foundation, install required conduit and power feeds, and construct the foundation with specified backfill, rebar and concrete. The contractor must submit safety documentation, hazardous material inventories, and waste tracking information. Bids must separate pricing for the two contract line items. The selected contractor will coordinate with the 121st Civil Engineering Squadron and adhere to all OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
