Transportation for 2024 AirShow
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
11 January 2024
1. Requirement: The 2024 AirShow at MacDill is being held on the Flight Line adjacent to Hangers 3, 4 and 5. Parking is at a premium during this event, attendees will be parking up to a mile away. The population that typically attend include elderly, families with toddlers and disabled veterans who will need mass transportation to the event. In order for the AirShow to be successful 6 ARW is requiring transportation in the form of Trams to assist with ingress and egress throughout the event.
2. Description of Services: Minimum of 4 Trams, no alternatives accepted, (drivers included) that have the ability to hold up to 44 people and can provide continuous service through out the 2-day event. AirShow will take place on 29-30 March 2024. Trams must arrive at least a day prior to the event. Quotes that do not include pictures of the trams won`t be considered for award.
3. Services Summary: The company will provide the rental services of 4 open air, 44 passenger trams, equipped with a wheelchair lift. The company will provide Fuel, Drivers, pay for or waive freight, carry a minimum of Two million liability insurance policy with a Two million aggregate.
Drivers will communicate event information to passengers using microphone and speakers.
4. Work Schedule: The company will be required throughout the duration of the AirShow.
Workdays are typically 0800-1800 but are subject to change.
5. Place of Performance: The company will be working through out the base dropping passengers off back to the parking lots where their vehicles are. The company will be provided with storage space for their Trams and 5 RV spots at FAMCAMP free of charge during the event.
