STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

501B DATA CENTER, RED SWITCH, 501E SOF INTEGRATION FACILITY (SIF) and MAIN COMPUTER ROOM

501E, ROOM 241 CLEANING

SECTION 1: GENERAL

1.1 Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform Data Center, Red Switch, SIF and Room 241 cleaning to include disposal services as defined in this SOW. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

AREAS TO BE CLEANED

1. 501B Data Center Room 208 ‐ 10,162 sq ft (approx.)

2. 501E 2nd Floor SOF Integration Facility – 3,000 sq ft (approx.)

3. 501 Red Switch Room 1171 – 1,056 sq ft (approx.)

4. 501E Main Computer Room, Room 241 – 1,352 sq ft (approx.)

1.2 Frequency: The Data Center (Bldg 501B Room 208) will be cleaned 4 times annually approximately 3 months apart. The Red Switch (Bldg 501 Room 1171), SIF (Bldg 501E) and Main Computer Room (Bldg 501E Room 241) will be cleaned 2 times annually approximately 6 months apart.

1.3 Quality Control: The contractor shall establish and maintain a complete quality control program for the performance requirements of this contract.

SECTION 2: SPECIFIC TASKS

2.1 Data Center Room (Bldg 501B, Room 208): Cleaning will consist of removing all dust, dirt and debris from the environment ensuring that the data center maintains the industry standard of less than 100 micrograms of dust per cubic meter per 24 hour period.

2.2 SIF (Bldg 501E, 2nd Floor): Cleaning will consist of removing all dust, dirt and debris from the environment ensuring that the data center maintains the industry standard of less than 100 micrograms of dust per cubic meter per 24 hour period.

2.3 Red Switch (Bldg 501, Room 1171): Cleaning will consist of removing all dust, dirt and debris from the environment ensuring that the data center maintains the standard of less than 500 micrograms of dust per cubic meter per 24 hour period.

2.4 Main Computer Room (Bldg 501E, Room 241): Contactor must professionally maintain a clean computer environment of all furniture, media racks, windows, ceiling vents, carts, sills, tape racks, cabinets, glass, desks, disk/tape racks, printers, control units, and shelves. Removal of all ink, grime and toner on hardware devices. Vacuum intake and exhaust vents on all hardware devices. All equipment will receive an application of our specially formulated anti‐static preservative to help protect the equipment when we are not there. Cleaning of the top of floor using one or more of our 4 Step Processes according to floor type. Clean and vacuum the sub floor surface, stringers and pedestals.

2.5 All areas must be cleaned using HEPA/ULPA vacuum equipment and Contactor will dispose of all trash and debris collected in clear plastic bags. Any printed paper documents or informational media will be disposed of by the government IAW SOCOM security standards.

2.5.1 Wipe down of all equipment using Chemical solutions used on or near equipment will be anti‐static, anti‐corrosive, non‐conductive and approved for use on and around computer and electronic equipment.

The cleaner shall be safe for cleaning high technology surfaces, maximizing static dissipative, non‐ conductive properties and leave no residues.

2.5.2 Critical environment floors shall use a cleaner with static control cleaning properties, leave no residue or moisture. This cleaner shall keep the floors safe and free of chemical or mineral residues.

2.5.3 All chemical solutions used will have non‐persistent toxic properties that dissipate after immediate use.

2.5.4 Cleaning conducted in the data center shall not cause an increase of temperature beyond 81 degrees F or an increase in the Absolute humidity of 0.011.

2.5.5 Contractor will only use courtesy power outlets located on the outer walls of the data center and dirty room.

2.5.6 Contractor will notify government POC 4 weeks prior to scheduled cleaning day to allow for government scheduling of escorts. Contractor will conduct cleaning between the hours of 0730 – 1500 Monday – Friday . No cleaning will be scheduled on Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.

2.5.7 Contractor will invoice each area separately and after each cleaning.

2.5.8 Specific items to be cleaned:

Exteriors of all equipment

Servers

Racks inside and out, top and bottom

Cabinets inside and out, top and bottom

Wall cleaning, from false ceiling through drop floor to sub‐floor

Power cables running from overhead rails to racks/cabinets

Outside air handling equipment

All surface of ductwork

Air vents

Cables and cable trays

Lights

Signs

Doors

Tables and desks

Vacuum under racks

Clean and vacuum under floor tiles (sub floors)

Clean and buff floors

SECTION 3: CONTRACTOR FURNISHED ITEMS AND SERVICES

3.1 General: The contractor shall furnish all equipment and labor required to perform this statement of work.

3.2 Minimum Quality Standards: All refuse collection vehicles shall be specifically designed for that purpose.

32.1 Vehicles: The contractor shall provide all the vehicles necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract.

3.2.1.1 All vehicles will be in operable condition and meet, state, local and base requirements.

3.2.1.2 Vehicles shall present a neat appearance and have the contractor's name affixed on it for easy identification.

3.2.1.3 All vehicles shall be operated in accordance with base traffic regulations.

3.2.2 Containers: The contractor shall provide bulk containers that meet the following requirements :

3.2.2.1 All bulk containers shall be leakproof and in good condition.

3.2.2.2 All bulk containers shall be clearly marked, warning personnel to stay clear of the container when emptying and not to park vehicles within a specified distance.

3.2.2.3 All bulk containers mounted on wheels must have a positive braking/locking device to prevent inadvertent movement.

3.2.2.4 Missing or deteriorated containers will be replaced or repaired by the contractor at no additional cost to the government.

SECTION 4: DELIVERABLE REPORTS

4.1 Complete list of all Employee that will be onsite 7 days from award to include:

Name, SSN, birth date, place of birth, driver license # and state of issuance.

4.2 MSDS for all Chemicals to be used on site within 10 Days from award.

4.3 Environmental report to include: Observations, recommendations, air particulate count, airflow quality, temperature, and humidity of the data center environment. 1 report required for each area to be cleaned for a total of 3 reports per cleaning.
