The units must include secondary manual triggers for sensor failure and foot pedal options for hands-free operation, occupy no more than three square feet of floor space, and be removable and relocatable. Normal hours of operation are 0800-1700 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and PACAF Family days. The contractor must provide a point of contact responding on-site within one hour during duty hours and two hours during non-duty hours.

Security requirements mandate that all contractor employees obtain base access authorization through the 36th Security Forces Squadron Pass and Registration Section, submitting documentation at least seven days prior (fourteen days for foreign nationals). Employees must be U.S. citizens with felony-free backgrounds and pass local authority background checks. Commercial trucks must enter via the North Gate and comply with vehicle inspection procedures. The contractor is liable for all damages from carelessness or failure to follow proper safety and installation procedures. The government will provide emergency medical transportation and treatment, with the contractor reimbursing costs at current rates. Additional requirements include compliance with base traffic regulations, weapons prohibitions, FOUO material handling per DoD 5400.7-R Chapter 4, and restrictions on compensation for delays caused by military exercises.
