About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details Wi-Fi service requirements for the 36 Wing Chapel (36 WG/HC) facilities at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) in 2025. The contractor must provide unlimited data wireless internet access 24/7 with a minimum sustained bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, covering Buildings 1623/1624 entirely. Key requirements include procuring, installing, and maintaining necessary equipment, coordinating any service outages with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), and being available on-site between 0800-1630 hours, 7 days a week to resolve hardware/software issues.
The SOW includes detailed security requirements for contractor personnel, such as obtaining proper base access, complying with traffic regulations, and maintaining a current employee listing. The government technical point of contact is TSgt Drew Vaterlaus, who can be reached at Drew.Vaterlaus@us.af.mil or 671-366-6139. The contract mandates that the contractor designate a contract manager with full authority to act on contract matters, ensure personnel are qualified to perform services, and immediately notify the Contracting Officer of any performance delays. The contract services are considered mission-essential and require continued support during crises.
