Statement of Work (SOW)

21 August 2020

Project: Awning Fabric Removal and Replacement/Frame Repair

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.0 Scope of Work: To provide labor and material to remove and replace fabric in the existing awnings installed at two building entrances, one load dock, and the repair of one existing metal frame installed at one building entrance.

2.0 Background: There are three existing awning, where the fabric is worn and requires removal and replacement with new fabric. One of the metal frames require repair

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS

3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks:

Building 153 - Recover existing half barrel entrance awning: 9'-10" wide x 32" drop x 14' projection with 15" rigid valance.

-Address: 7701 Tampa Point Blvd, Tampa FL 33621 -Awning Type: Half Barrel -Fabric 1 Type: Weblon for Graphics -Fabric 1 Name CP-2705 Cork Brown -Valance: Rigid Rigid -Thread: Standard

Building 501C - Remove existing awning frame to repair rusted out frame members, paint frame, recover with fire-rated vinyl and reinstall: 15' wide x 2'-8" drop x 16'-8" projection with 8" rigid valance.

-Address: 7701 Tampa Point Blvd, Tampa FL 33621 -Awning Type: Half Barrel -Fabric 1 Type: Weblon for Graphics -Fabric 1 Name: CP-2705 Cork Brown -Valance: Rigid Rigid -Thread: Standard

Building 536 - Recover existing vinyl awning over loading dock: approximately 2,596 sf.

To include top and vertical panel and gutter flaps.

-Address: 9211 Marina Bay Dr., Tampa FL 33621 -Fabric 1 Type: Patio -Fabric 1 Name: Patio 500 Color TBD -Valance: Rigid Rigid -Thread: Tenara

Additional Requirements:

- Gathering of data/measurements/planning. Contractor shall be responsible for conducting on-site visit for identifying measurements and all planning of tasks required to perform the service.

- Remove and replace the existing fabric at the entrances buildings 153, 501C, and loading dock of building 536.

- Repair the metal frame at the entrance to building 501C and repair. It may require welding of the metal.

- The replacement fabric shall match the existing fabric (size, color, grade, gauge, texture) and ensures the completed awning material fits the frame.

‐ Supply and affix the SOCOM logo (color & scheme) on each of the awnings at buildings 153 and 501C, located in the same area as the existing awnings, facing outwards from the buildings.

5.0 Deliverables / Schedule: Replacement shall be completed no later than 30 days after contactor award.
