About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a video surveillance system expansion project for the 36th Medical Group at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The project requires installing high-definition (1080p or 4K) cameras in Buildings 26009, 26012, and 26001, integrated with the existing Symmetry 8.1 system. Key requirements include full coverage of common areas, corridors, exterior spaces, and secured areas, with a closed network infrastructure capable of recording and storing 60 days of data. The system will have two monitoring workstations, one in the Facility Management department and another in the Readiness office, with all components designed to withstand Guam's heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

The contractor must provide a comprehensive solution including all necessary hardware, installation, integration, and five years of technical support. Additional specifications include an IP-based system, on-site training for Facility Management and Information Systems staff, operator certification courses, and post-installation support. The project timeline is limited to 6 months, with the contractor responsible for obtaining all necessary passes, complying with base security protocols, and ensuring seamless operational capability. The SOW emphasizes the importance of compatibility with existing systems, comprehensive coverage, and robust performance in the specific environmental conditions of Andersen Air Force Base.
