Specific technical requirements include a 4-stage compressor operating at 6000 PSI (414 BAR) at 1420 RPM with 10 HP, 7.5 kW, single-phase voltage and 13 SCFM charging rate; a PLC-based controller with 7-inch color touchscreen; NEMA 4-rated electrical enclosure with UL-listed control panel; breathing air purification system; CO and H2S monitoring systems; automatic condensate drain system; 4 ASME-certified cylinders; dual and tri-fill capability at 3 positions; and a sound-attenuating enclosure. The unit must meet anchor footprint dimensions of 101 X 38 X 78 inches and weigh between 4350 and 4550 pounds. Deliverables include site survey, installation, leak testing, air sampling with written report, operator training, secure handover with system functionality demonstration, and removal and disposal of the existing unit. The contractor shall complete all work within 360 calendar days of contract award and coordinate exact service dates with the Government Representative. Acceptance occurs only upon Government verification of standard system functionality, after which the contractor shall submit payment documentation via WAWF system.
