About this file

This Statement of Requirements details the replacement of an Integrated Communication Console (C2) System for the Maxwell Alternate Command Post at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The requirement calls for providing and installing three touch-screen telephone controller positions with comprehensive communication capabilities, including JITC and DISA compliance, digital voice recording, integration with existing Cisco systems, UHF radio interfaces, and ability to support 911-dispatch call center volumes. Key technical requirements include supporting 30-member conference calls, recording 20 lines simultaneously, storing voice conversations for 90 days, programming 300 speed dials, and expanding to 45 additional users.

The contractor must install the system in building 1055, room 1, remove previous console components, integrate with current infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager 14 and Cisco Cube, and provide on-site training for three technicians. The system must interface with various communication lines like Secondary Crash Net and Base Defense Operations Center, and be compatible with height-adjustable workstations. Delivery will be to the 42nd Communications Squadron IT Warehouse, with the contractor required to provide standard manufacturer warranties and documentation. The overall goal is to replace an end-of-life communication system with a modern, fully integrated communication console for the Alternate Command Post.
