Statement of Requirements 724th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron (724 EABS) Civil Engineer Flight (CEF)
Diesel Melter Sealant Machine 28 July 2023
1.0. PURPOSE. The purpose of this requirement is to procure one (1) Diesel Melter Sealant Machine and 6,750 pounds of Parking lot sealant Type two (2) to repair and avert airfield cracks, preventing water intrusion and erosion in the sub-grade. If airfield operations are to increase, this equipment would be vital.
2.0. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS. Equipment must meet the below listed minimum specifications:

2.1. Diesel Melter Sealant Machine QTY: 1
2.1.1. Unit shall be diesel powered.
2.1.2. Unit shall have a capacity of 125 gallons or greater.
2.1.3. Unit shall be able to regulate the heating temperature of the sealant and transfer oil.
2.1.4. Unit shall have an internal pumping system that requires no clean out.
2.1.5. Unit shall have internal pump that shall operate only when the operator activates the micro-switch on the applicator wand.
2.2. Parking lot sealant Type 2. QTY: 6750 pounds
3.0. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
3.1. All items shall be delivered to the below address:

Or to the consolidation point at Dover Air Force Base, for which the contracting officer will supply shipping labels.
Each packaged container shall be identified by its unit price, type of container, and dimensions (including height, length, width and weight).
4.0. STANDARD WARRANTY: The contractor shall provide any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard commercial warranty applicable to the products being purchased at no additional cost to the Government.
4.1. Prior to project acceptance, the contractor shall provide the customer with all manufacturer warranties as needed for any component incorporated into this project such as equipment manuals, literature, CDs and DVDs and other documentation on all equipment.
4.2. Prior to project acceptance, the contractor shall provide written procedures, points of contact within company, and required information for all warranty services prior to project acceptance. This information shall include written confirmation of the warranty period, phone numbers and contact information/procedures for technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and replacement of faulty equipment.
5.0. GENERAL INFORMATION: Items must be brand new. Refurbished items are not authorized.
