About this file
This document is a Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the BGNDRF Treatment Building Expansion Design Build solicitation.
The SOO outlines the key objectives for the design and construction of an expansion to the Bureau of Reclamation's BGNDRF treatment building. The primary objectives are to 1) design and construct an expansion to provide additional treatment capacity, 2) ensure the new construction seamlessly integrates with the existing building, and 3) minimize disruption to ongoing BGNDRF operations during construction.
The SOO provides details on the required design and construction deliverables, performance requirements, project management and coordination, safety and security considerations, and other technical specifications. Offerors must submit a technical approach, staffing plan, and cost proposal that demonstrate how they will accomplish the stated objectives. The period of performance will be 12 months from the date of award.
