About this file
This notice announces a single source contract award for SagePlus software licenses. The Air Force Materiel Command Test Center intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to The Equity Technology Group Incorporated for five one-year SagePlus software license keys over a five year period. One key will be utilized per year. The Equity Technology Group Incorporated is deemed the only source reasonably available as they are the sole developer of SagePlus Software, which must meet the technical specifications in an attached document. Market research found no resellers for this requirement. Responses to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement are due by March 18, 2024. Questions should be directed to the specified Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. If no favorable responses are received by the due date, a contract will be negotiated with The Equity Technology Group Incorporated.
