Product Specifications MowerMax Boom Attachment Salient Characteristics The successful contractor shall provide (1) MowerMax Boom Attachment that is new, safe, and fully functional. The attachment shall meet or exceed the following salient characteristics:
a. Boom Attachment
i. MowerMax Boom, Twin Saw, 90-in, 90-deg Articulating Knuckle
Submittals The vendor shall submit the following for Government review and approval:
· Prepare in English.
· Label with solicitation number
· Measurement Units: US Customary Units
· Manufacturer’s certifications shall be signed by an authorized representative.
· Review of submittals:
· Time required: The Government will require a minimum of 14 days to review and/or approve each submittal or resubmittal, unless otherwise specified.
· Excess Time: Should the Government require additional time for review, the Contracting Officer may extend the contract completion date to allow completion of work. Time extension will be to the extent that the excess review time caused delay in contract completion.
· Submit the following for Government review and approval:

Warranty Equipment supplied under these contract specifications shall be under warranty where applicable to be free of such defects in workmanship as appears under normal use, service, operation, and when owned by the original purchaser. Warranty option should be supplied to the maximum extent beneficial for the Government but cannot be less than 12 months/one year.
Delivery Schedule Delivery will be based on Submittal S1 which is due 14 days after award. Final delivery should not extend out more than 365 days from contract award date. If potential offerors need additional time, then this should be discussed with the Government during the solicitation period.
Delivery A. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to arrange delivery to Bureau of Reclamation, Socorro Field Division, Socorro, NM 87801. Socorro Field Division will accommodate delivery needs during normal business hours of Monday thru Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm. (Special arrangements can be made on Fridays if given 24hrs notice) Include all costs for shipping, and orientation for SFD/Reclamation’s personnel. B. Successful contractor shall protect all parts/equipment from corrosion, deformation, dents, dings, scratches, breaks, punctures, abrasions, cuts, and other types of damage during storage, handling, transport, and delivery.
