About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for liquid propane (LP) storage and delivery services at three U.S. Air Force locations: USAF Academy, Farish Recreational Area, and Bullseye Airfield in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The contractor must provide and maintain propane storage tanks (13 total tanks: eight 500-gallon and five 1000-gallon) and perform monthly delivery services. The tanks must be new or reconditioned, manufactured within the last 20 years.

The service provider must handle installation, maintenance, and emergency services (4-hour response time required), while maintaining tanks' appearance and scheduling regular monthly deliveries. A key requirement is the transition of replacement tanks by July 31, 2025, with a specific transition window of July 21-31, 2025, limiting service disruption to 4 hours maximum per tank. The SOW includes detailed delivery schedules showing seasonal usage patterns, with annual consumption of approximately 19,669 gallons across all locations. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.110 and NFPA regulations.
