Propane
Turtle Mountain Agency
Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs Turtle Mountain Agency Facilities Operations provides operations and maintenance to all BIA facilities.
General SOW Specifications
A. Scope: The vendor is responsible to coordinate deliver propane.
B. Objective: The objective is to ensure a safe, healthy working and living environment by providing propane to Agency Buildings.
a. TMA Propane - Propane needed for BIA buildings #84 Detention Center, #123 Fire Hall, #133 Facility Management Office, #157 Records Storage, #169/169A Roads/ Forestry, #186 Facility Grounds Shop
C. Description of work: Delivery of propane to buildings during winter months adhering to all applicable Codes and Regulations.
D. Government Furnished Property: There will be no government furnished property.
E. Performance of Work: The Propane delivery will be conducted in conformity with applicable regulations to provide satisfactory protection of property and the environment.
F. Specifications: The attached specifications are the minimum standards for propane delivery.
Section 1: Description of tasks
1.1 Planning
The vendor shall provide a schedule for propane delivery to the Facility Manager at least 72 hours prior to the start of any work.
1.2 Deploy and Support
Section 2: Period of Performance
Work will continue through 3/31/2026.
Section 3: Project Artifacts/Deliverables
3.1 Inspection and Accepted Criteria
Upon completion of work by the vendor, there will be an inspection for acceptance by the BIA.
