• Ensure visibility for players, pedestrians, and vehicles, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance without mandatory physical barriers.

• Include provisions for multiple configurations to accommodate various skill levels and tournament play.

• Submit a detailed course design plan and installation maps for client review and approval prior to installation.

• 3.2 Materials Procurement:

• Procure quality disc golf equipment compliant with professional standards including:

• All equipment must be sourced from certified manufacturers and best-in-class suppliers, with documentation verifying compliance standards.

• 3.3 Site Preparation and Installation:

• Conduct site clearing and grading as necessary to establish level, stable tee areas meeting slope specifications (maximum ½ inch per linear foot).

• Excavate and prepare concrete foundations for baskets, tee signs, InfoBoards, and other fixtures according to manufacturer specifications (typically 50 cm depth and width or as dictated by soil conditions).

• Install all course elements per approved installation maps, following detailed manufacturer installation protocols and stringent quality assurance procedures.

• Utilize hand tools or minimal machinery to minimize environmental impact, ensuring gravel compaction and proper drainage around installed elements.

• Protect surrounding foliage and landscape integrity throughout construction, implementing erosion control measures as appropriate.

• Coordinate with the client, municipal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and inspections.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all deliverables, change orders, and approvals.

• Upon completion, conduct a formal walkthrough with the client to demonstrate adherence to design and quality requirements.

• 3.6 Final Deliverable:

• A fully functional, professionally installed disc golf course ready for public use.

• Delivery of all as-built drawings, warranty documentation for equipment and installation, and maintenance guidelines.

4.0 Period of Performance:
