About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Eastern Montana Dakotas District, detailing requirements for outdoor gym equipment and storage at the Billings Dispatch Center. The comprehensive equipment list includes a weight storage shed, an outdoor squat rack with multiple attachments, barbells, hex bar, weight clips, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bumper plates, flat and adjustable benches, battle/conditioning rope, suspension trainer, and plyometric boxes. The fitness room, approximately 24' x 31' with a 12' ceiling and rubber mat flooring, will accommodate these items alongside existing equipment like a stationary cycle, stair stepper, and treadmill.
The SOW specifies that all equipment must be outdoor commercial gym quality, with durable materials and finishes resistant to chipping or flaking. Delivery and installation will occur at the Billings Station (1299 Rimtop Drive, Billings, MT), with BLM providing a forklift for offloading during business hours (8 am - 4 pm). Upon completion of installation, the vendor must conduct a minimum 1-hour training session demonstrating proper use, care, and storage of the equipment. The detailed specifications include precise requirements for each piece of equipment, such as weight ranges, materials, and specific features needed to meet the BLM's fitness facility requirements.
