About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity related to the procurement of dog food for the National Stock Number (NSN) Program. The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking information from prospective vendors interested in providing dog food that meets the specified nutritional requirements for military working dogs.

The key details include: the solicitation number (47QSSC-25-Q-0022), the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code (311111 - Dog and Cat Food Manufacturing), the response deadline (November 13, 2024), and the potential award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against the successful vendor's existing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. The questionnaire requests information on the vendor's product availability, production capacity, delivery timelines, pricing, and ability to comply with shipping requirements. The government will use the responses to determine any set-aside requirements for this procurement.
