STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT

VIDEO-CONFERENCING SOFTWARE PLATFORM

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENT. LeMay Center Wargaming at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for a distributed multipoint conferencing platform to host JWICS & SIPR Video-teleconferences (VTC) with multiple endpoints. The Pexip Infinity Software Platform or another brand with equal capability will meet the requirement.

1.0 DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS.

The following software features are required:

1.0.1 Software-based virtual architecture hosted on industry-standard servers in Bldg 1406

1.0.2 Scalable architecture, ability to quickly & easily increase capacity

1.0.3 Support up to 10 concurrent users/participants/devices

1.0.4 Automated conference management

1.0.5 Secure virtual meeting rooms

1.0.6 Content sharing and interoperability with Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and protocols such as SIP, H.323, and WebRTC

1.0.7 Security compliance with USAF, DISA, JITC, CYBERCOM, DoD, and other relevant agencies

1.0.8 Hardware for hosting the conferencing platform should be included & installed

2.0 GENERAL INFORMATION. All equipment must be new; no refurbished or resealed parts.
