Maintenance services must be provided between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with a minimum three-day advance notice for scheduling appointments. CSOSA will provide adequate workspace, utilities, lighting, ventilation, proper electrical current, and grounded electrical outlets for contractor personnel.

Section C – Statement of Work
C.1. Introduction and Overview.
The CSOSA Re-Entry and Sanctions Center provide clinical substance abuse assessment and treatment readiness that prepares offenders/defendants for long-term treatment programs, community supervision and viable community living. The CSOSA ProVision 2 Security Scanner is located at 1900 Massachusetts Ave SE, Washington DC screens passengers for a broad variety of aviation targets both metallic and non-metallic: weapons, standard and home-made explosives (sheet and bulk), liquids, gels, plastics, powders, metals, ceramics, and other objects. According to the Interagency Security Committee standards visitors are required to be screened by magnetometers or walk through metal detectors (WTMD).
C.2 Scope. If CSOSA determines the walk through metal detector (WTMD) is not working properly the Contracting Officer's Representative identified in paragraph G.1 will contact the servicing support center for assistance.
C.3 Tasks
• PAT test system
• Verify proper torque setting for mounting bolts securing masts to rotation arm
• Inspect system cables, wiring and connectors
• Check all fans for correct operation and free of obstructions.
• Inspect Gigabit switch and cables for damage and secured correctly
• Perform field test on Master and Slave mast from LCU
• Perform antenna test and verify each antenna switch is selecting correctly
• Perform VCO test and verify correct operation
• Perform antenna switch test and is within specifications
• Check all LCU and COP for correct operation and image quality
• Check power supply for operation within specifications
• Inspect cable chain mechanism for clearance and guide springs for correct settings
• Inspect motor drive belt for proper tension, tracking and wear
• Inspect motor for proper operation and lubricant leakage
C.4. Deliverables. The Contractor shall conduct semi-annual preventative maintenance twice per year at 1900 Massachusetts Avenue in accordance with this SOW.
C.5 Resources. CSOSA will provide adequate facilities for contractor's personnel. The facilities will include adequate workspace, heat, lighting, ventilation, proper electrical current and earth grounded electrical outlets.
C.6 Hours of Operation. The Contractor shall only provide maintenance services between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday and must call not less than three days prior to schedule an appointment.
