This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for code inspection services at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), requiring Plumbing, Electric, Fire and Building code inspection and consulting services for construction projects and existing conditions. The SOW includes requirements for inspectors to review construction installations, maintain installations, and assess existing conditions to ensure compliance with current building codes, DOE regulations, and contract-specific requirements.

The scope includes plan reviews, inspections, reporting requirements, and compliance verification across multiple disciplines including building, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and elevator systems. Key requirements include conducting plan reviews 30 days prior to project commencement, providing inspection reports, maintaining inspection logs, issuing approval stickers, and providing certificates of approval. Inspectors must be qualified ISC or HHS licensed per attachment requirements, and must comply with specific safety and environmental requirements outlined in PPPL ESHD 5008. The work is to be performed during normal hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday) at PPPL's facility, with inspectors required to have government-issued photo ID for site access. The document includes 12 attachments covering notification requirements, qualification checklists, inspection forms, and other procedural documentation.
