About this file
This is a Purchase Order Schedule template for repair services on EGI 764+429+JAIC components (NSN: 1680-01-HS1-9691, Part Number: HG9869K1-001). The schedule contains three line items for pricing: Teardown, Test and Evaluation/No Fault Found (1 unit estimated), Repair (8 units), and Beyond Economic Repair/Scrap (1 unit estimated). Vendors must complete only the yellow highlighted boxes for unit pricing, with extended amounts and totals calculating automatically. The template requires specification of lead time and F.O.B. information (either Destination or Origin, with Origin requiring a shipping estimate). The schedule is designed for the U.S. Coast Guard (Department of Homeland Security) under solicitation 70Z03826QJ0000095 and supports a firm-fixed-price purchase order for repairs of the identified avionics component.
The solicitation is restricted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Honeywell International (Cage Code 0BFA5), or OEM-authorized repair facilities, as all repairs must be performed by entities with demonstrated expertise and required capabilities. Offerors must provide necessary certifications including traceability to the manufacturer, the manufacturer's Certificate of Conformance (COC), and their own COC in the format specified under FAR clause 52.246-15 to ensure parts are in airworthy condition suitable for USCG aircraft installation. The government will consider an option to repair three additional items within 365 days of award under FAR 52.217-6 if the vendor accepts this provision. The total quotation amount will depend on pricing submitted for each line item.

Will you accept Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity for the option to repair three (3) additional items within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of award?
NOTE - Beyond Economic Repair (BER)/Scrap is NOT in addition to Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TTE)/No Fault Found (NFF). If a unit is found to be BER, only the BER fee will apply and will NOT be inclusive of the TTE fee (TTE + BER).
NOTE - "Quantity of 1" for BER/Scrap and TTE/NFF line items is an estimated quantity and will be utilized for establishing fair and reasonable price determination; the actual amount of items that fall into these categories will be based on vendors evaluation of components after receipt of order.
"Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract."
