About this file
This document specifies the salient characteristics for a paint booth exhaust filtration system required by Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The system must consist of four stages of filtration components that comply with EPA Method 319 (NESHAP) standards to ensure the Corrosion Control Facility meets environmental air permit requirements during painting operations.
The required components are: Stage 1 comprises 15 polyester prefilter blankets measuring 102" x 90" in DD Series configuration. Stage 2 requires 45 Method 319-compliant exhaust pads measuring 24" x 24" (20 units per case), specified as either tacky or multi-layered exhaust filter panels (MEPT). Stage 3 calls for 150 Method 319-compliant 6-pocket bag filters measuring 24" x 24" (6 units per case). Stage 4 requires one pocket poly-carbon cube filter measuring 24" x 24". All components must meet federal environmental compliance standards for hazardous air pollutant (NESHAP) emissions control in military facility painting operations.
