509 SFS Mounted Guard Booth
SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
13 August 2025
The government requires an 8' x 10' Guard Booth with the following Specifications:
- Insulation: Thermal insulation on inner walls also weather stripping for all other openings. Ballistic Rating: Rated for 7.62mm/.30 Caliber (UL 752 Level 5).
- HVAC: Roof-mounted unit for heating and cooling with interior thermostat and LED display. Lighting: Interior and exterior lights for 360-degree coverage, each with separate light switches inside shack. The HVAC unit size is not a critical factor, provided it can effectively heat and cool the interior of the shack to maintain comfortable conditions for continuous, 24/7 operations. The target range would be 67-70 in the summer and 70-73 in the winter.
- Alarm: LED roof alarm with red flashing light and interior light switch.
Prewiring: Cat 6 exterior weather ports and 4 interior CAT 6 ports for Network and communications wired and covered under the desk.
- Door: Steel door rated for 7.62mm/.30 Caliber with BEST 40H Mortise Series lock, exterior key port, and interior deadbolt.
- Floor: Steel diamond plate flooring dark color.
- Windows: Designed for 360-degree visibility, treated with one-way mirror film and tint, also rated for UL 752 Level 5. Includes two transaction windows with pass-throughs, Level 5 MK-1 voice speaker ports, and stainless-steel flip-lid deal trays (14-1/2" x 16-1/2" x 3"). Windows are positioned top left and bottom right upon entry.
- Countertop: Stainless steel countertop along the long side opposite the door.
- Trailer: Shack mounted on a suitable trailer with manual stabilizing jacks. Our team will be responsible for towing the trailer. Currently, there is no specific hitch requirement. We possess a range of hitch sizes suitable for towing.
- Electrical: Manual transfer switch with 120/240V L14-30R capability, two 20-amp 120-volt tamper-resistant GFCI outlets, and two 15-amp 125-volt tamper-resistant AFCI GFCI. Breaker box switches for HVAC, lights, and outlets.
- Generator: This has been solicited separately.
