viii. Integrated cooling system build into the vehicle to allow for longer duration of fire simulations

ix. Smashable headlights to conduct engine compartment extinguishing drills with the smashable headlines feature

x. Integrated vehicle smoke to allow for realistic smoke effects during training sessions, 4,000cubic ft/minute to zero visibility smoke output

xi. Digital sound effects for added realism that can be controlled via mobile console

3. The following requirements are for both items:

a. Mobile/transportable unit i.e. forklift channel on the bottom so that a 10K forklift can transport the trainer from place to place once on site.

b. Liquid propane gas fire system with:

i. 1 LPG in supply located in the rear with at least a 50’ liquid propane high pressure hose.

ii. 3 LPG out supplies to each of the 3 burn areas.

c. Mobile control console with wireless remote to that will allow control of propane power supply, power components, control components, and wireless and sound effect complnents with a built in emergency stop button. Should include at least 50’ cable with self-sealing quick disconnect fittings to prevent gas leaks up to 250psi in high-pressure propane delivery situations. Wireless remote to independently start and stop multiple burn zones with deadman button. Should include a power cable to connect to power supply.

d. Entire stainless steel construction to include:

i. all fasteners

ii. frame

iii. skin

iv. panels
