SPECIFICATIONS

1.0 Specifications Description:

Minimum Requirements: Sling frame must be made of chemical and rust resistant materials such as aluminum or stainless steel. Must be able to hold a pig up to 250 pounds contained while a sling hammock can be pulled (cranked) up under the animal to lift it up from the ground to a comfortable working height for standing humans. Must be easily lowered to allow pig to exit the sling after working. Hammock must be available in multiple sizes to accommodate animals between 50 and 250 pounds. Hammocks must have access to ventral access for jugular and cranial vena cava blood collection. Hammock material must be santizable by chemical, washing, or autoclavable. Sling frame must have lockable casters.
