Statement of Work (SOW) Air University Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) Licenses
1.0 Background
Air University (AU) operates a critical eLearning system on the Air Force's secure Cloud One platform, serving over 30,000 students on a 24/7 basis. The core of this system relies on "Engine" and "Dispatch" software provided by Rustici Software LLC, which has been in place for over five years. This software is essential for delivering and tracking a wide array of eLearning content. A unique and mandatory requirement for the Air Force is that its Learning Management System (LMS) must be hosted on its own Cloud One servers. Rustici Software is the only known vendor whose license permits this self-hosting arrangement while providing the required technical capabilities. This Statement of Work outlines the tasks and deliverables required for the annual renewal of this software license and its associated maintenance.
2.0 Objective
The primary objective of this SOW is to procure the annual software license renewal and technical support for the Rustici "Engine" and "Dispatch" software products.
