About this file
This is a Bid Transmittal Letter from the State of New Hampshire, Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR), for summer trail maintenance services at Franconia Notch State Park/Cannon Mountain. The bid closing date is June 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., with submissions directed to Jeffrey Collins at the DNCR. The document serves as the formal submission vehicle for vendors responding to the 2025 Summer Trail Maintenance Services contract opportunity. Vendors must acknowledge their agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in the bid document, confirm they have not altered any language or provisions, and attest that bid prices were established without collusion. The bid remains effective for 180 days from the opening date.
The transmittal letter includes comprehensive vendor certifications required under New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated (RSA 21-I:11-c), requiring vendors to confirm they have not been convicted of bidding-related violations, antitrust violations, or other disqualifying offenses within the past two years; have not been debarred from federal or state projects; and are in compliance with state labor and employment security requirements. The document emphasizes that only authorized signatories may execute the bid, and that signature constitutes acceptance of all State of New Hampshire terms and conditions, rendering any additional vendor-submitted terms null and void. No specific pricing information, contract duration, or renewal options are detailed in this transmittal document.
