This is a State of New Hampshire Bid Transmittal Letter for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) soliciting bids for fire-rated suspended ceiling repair services at Cannon Mountain's Peabody Lodge kitchen area, specifically the rear stairwell. The project encompasses approximately 72 square feet of ceiling renovation, including removal and disposal of existing ceiling tiles, repair of the suspended ceiling grid, and installation of new fire-rated, moisture-resistant ceiling tiles. All necessary labor, access equipment, and materials must be provided by the selected vendor. The bid distribution date was June 30, 2025, with questions due by July 14, 2025, and bid closing scheduled for July 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. The contract period is anticipated to run from July 18, 2025, through September 30, 2025, with a target completion date of September 30, 2025. All work must be performed between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM with ten-day advance notice required for scheduling. Vendors must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, along with workers' compensation insurance. The specific budget amount is not publicly disclosed, though a fixed budget exists that cannot be exceeded without prior approval from Cannon Mountain management. Bidders must certify legal compliance under RSA 21-I:11-c, confirming they have not been convicted of bidding violations, are not currently debarred from public works projects, have not failed to cure previous contract defaults, and meet other statutory compliance requirements. Submitted bids must be notarized and signed by an authorized representative with legal authority to obligate the responding vendor. All bids are valid for 180 days from the opening date, and vendors must attest that quoted prices were established without collusion with other bidders. The solicitation does not explicitly mention set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises.
