Technical Exhibit A: Performance Requirements Summary and Technical Exhibit B: Deliverables Schedule
This document consists of two technical exhibits detailing performance requirements and deliverables for a federal contract. Technical Exhibit A establishes four mandatory performance objectives, all requiring 100% compliance with corresponding incentive measures. The contractor must notify all employees, including subcontractors, of the U.S. Government's zero tolerance policy on trafficking in persons as specified in FAR 52.222-50(c), with documented compliance tracked in the CPAR system. All contractor employees and subcontractors must complete Level I OPSEC training within ten days of employment, with verification provided to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within ten days of completion. Additionally, the contractor must conduct iWATCH program training for all employees per locally developed standards established by the requiring activity ATO, with similar verification requirements to the COR within ten days. Non-compliance with any performance objective results in corrective action, including potential service re-performance.
Technical Exhibit B specifies five deliverables required throughout the contract period. Deliverable 01 requires a Quality Control Plan submitted once in PDF or Word format to the COR. Deliverable 02 mandates a Quality Assurance Plan submitted as issues are identified in electronic format. Deliverable 03 requires an Installation Pass Log submitted once upon initial award and thereafter as required, using a COR-provided template conforming to Fort Irwin DES SOP standards. Deliverables 04 and 05 address individual and contract termination or cancellation procedures, requiring submission of one or all hard copies of passes to the COR as required or upon request.
