About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines requirements for installing new interview camera systems in two specific rooms (Bldg 648 Room 125 and Bldg 646 Interview Room) for the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces. The project involves removing outdated camera systems and replacing them with high-definition video and audio recording equipment that includes modern features such as time/date stamping, data encryption, secure data transmission, and integration with evidence management systems. The contractor must provide comprehensive services including equipment removal, new system installation, network configuration, system testing, end-user training, and documentation delivery.
Key technical requirements include capturing high-resolution video/audio suitable for legal proceedings, mounting hardware securely and unobtrusively, completing installation without disrupting ongoing operations, and ensuring compliance with federal security protocols like FISMA and NIST guidelines. The project demands strict adherence to security measures, including encrypted data storage, secure transmission protocols, user authentication, access controls, and logging capabilities. Additional deliverables include on-site training for designated staff and a documentation package with user manuals, warranty information, and system configuration details. The project lead is SSgt Jordan Jones, and the specific timeline for completion is to be determined within the contract award period.
