Performance Requirements Summary
Performance Objective and Standard: Lists specific Performance Objectives and the requisite Performance Standards which are considered necessary for acceptable contract performance. The absence of any contract requirement from this table does not relieve the Contractor of compliance with all of the contract requirements.
PWS Section: Provides reference to the specific PWS Section that details the performance requirements.
Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): The amount of deviation from 100% compliance that is acceptable. Attributes measured in values such as square feet or the numbers of like items are used to determine if the service provided meets the performance threshold; however, the Contractor is still expected to meet the performance standard. When necessary, this figure will be used to determine deductions from the Contractors invoiced payment. For the purpose of this contract the AQL is a maximum deviation of 4%.
Method for Performance Assessments: Describes the methods used to evaluate the Contractor’s performance in meeting the requirements of the contract.
Incentive / Disincentive: Describes the possible actions the Government may take to ensure satisfactory Contractor performance. Unsatisfactory Performance may result in both monetary deductions as well as poor CPAR ratings which affect decisions to exercise options or to make future contract awards. Less than acceptable performance may result in reductions of monthly payments as defined below.
