About this file
This is a pricing template worksheet for solicitation W51AA1-25-Q-0017 for Mission Breathable Air Maintenance Services at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The pricing structure includes both Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) components across a base year and one option year, plus a 6-month extension option under FAR 52.217-8.
The pricing sheet requires contractors to provide FFP pricing for bi-annual preventative maintenance services and hourly labor rates for unscheduled/emergency maintenance work. The T&M portion estimates 48 hours for normal duty hours and 8 hours for premium hours per year. Material costs for unscheduled maintenance will be reimbursed at cost. The contract is subject to Service Contract Labor Standards, and offerors must comply with applicable wage determinations. Contractors must submit completed pricing on both this template and SF 1449.
