US Department of Agriculture (USDA)

Performance Work Statement

PRATUS AI Software Platform

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.0 Background and Purpose:

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of Homeland Security (OHS), requires a secure commercial software platform to support enterprise situational awareness, operational coordination, information sharing, data analysis, reporting, and decision support activities. USDA OHS is responsible for coordinating homeland security, emergency management, continuity planning, incident response, and resilience activities across USDA mission areas and partner organizations. To enhance operational effectiveness and provide timely access to actionable information, USDA OHS seeks to access the PRATUS™ platform. The platform delivers capabilities including all-hazard and threat situational awareness through OSINT and analytics spanning weather events to infrastructure impacts, AI-powered decision support with AI-driven Situational Reports via PRATUS AI™, tools for coordinating event and incident response, and streamlined exercise management workflows.
