About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines SharePoint Online support services required by the VA's Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM). The contractor must implement and redesign OAEM's existing SharePoint online platform, including layout, navigation, site pages, and web parts based on industry best practices. The contract has a 70-day performance period and is structured as a firm-fixed price award set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
Key deliverables include participating in a post-award conference, developing a Project Management Plan (PMP), and implementing the SharePoint configuration with security settings and user access controls. Work will primarily be performed at the contractor's site, with occasional meetings at VA Central Office in Washington, DC. The contractor must submit draft deliverables for government review within specified timeframes: the PMP within 10 days of award, and the SharePoint implementation draft within 30 days of award, with the final version due 30 days after draft approval. The contract requires key personnel with SharePoint expertise who cannot be replaced without CO approval, and all data and deliverables are considered exclusive property of the U.S. government.
