About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a communications upgrade for the 28th Security Forces Squadron (28 SFS) Mobile Command Trailer at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. The project requires installing a new Dejero M6E6 communications system with six 4G SIMs (two each from T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) to ensure comprehensive cellular coverage and communication capabilities for defenders operating in austere environments or during national critical incidents.
The contractor must provide all necessary hardware, installation, testing, and user training within a 4-month performance period. Key requirements include a rack-mountable device with Dejero Control software for remote SIM and data usage tracking, a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and delivery of configuration diagrams, continuity book, and training materials. The installation must seamlessly integrate with existing hardware, comply with all safety and security regulations, and be coordinated with 28 SFS leadership. Deliverables include installation drawings, warranty information, and manufacturer documentation.
