About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an annual service contract for Gas Chromatographs with Flame Ionization Detectors (GC-FIDs) used at the USDA Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center. The primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted operations and consistent data production for the center's research.
The PWS outlines the requirements for a comprehensive maintenance program covering on-site repair services, preventative maintenance, technical support, and loaner equipment. Key details include a guaranteed 3-business day on-site response time, one scheduled annual preventive maintenance visit, and priority technical support with 2-hour callback time. The contract has a base period of 1 year with two 1-year option periods. All equipment is located at the research center in Grand Forks, ND. This PWS is associated with a related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number 12805B24Q0407, for the same GC-FID annual service requirements.
