The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (Solicitation Number: 36C77624Q0148) seeking a contractor to provide the services outlined in the PWS. The solicitation includes an initial task order in addition to the IDIQ. The evaluation criteria emphasize technical approach and past performance, which are more important than price. The solicitation has a proposal due date of April 23, 2024, and the government intends to award without discussions if possible.
