About this file
The document is a NextGen OCS Questionnaire, a comprehensive market research instrument designed to gather detailed technical and operational information about potential system solutions for the U.S. Air Force Special Warfare Program Office. The questionnaire covers nine critical areas of inquiry: product support/sustainment, system environmental requirements, size/weight/power characteristics, interoperability, interfaces, human factors, security, system capabilities, and cost details.
The questionnaire seeks in-depth information from potential vendors about tactical computing system solutions that can integrate existing military equipment, including tactical computing devices, communication systems, targeting equipment, and power sources. Specific areas of interest include environmental ruggedization, compatibility with devices like Samsung S20/S23, PRC-series radios, GPS systems, integration capabilities with platforms like ATAK, cable and connector specifications, carrying/mounting options (MOLLE-compatible), security features, data storage capabilities, processing functions, and comprehensive cost breakdowns for system components and accessories.
