Attachment 1 – Minimum Specifications
· Precision space-planting of seeds 2-18” within the row, which requires vacuum seeding technology
· Multiple vacuum disks for an array of in-row spacing and seed sizes ranging from 0.5-20mm
· Ability to track and map individual seeds
· Handling many batches of very small seed quantities with an indexer tray
· A rider would need to sit on the back of the unit for loading envelopes
· The ability to seed between ¼” and 3” deep
· Four row planter with variable row width
· No till planting capacity
· Ability to operate off of a smaller 31 horse power tractor
· Short hitch to fit easily on a trailer when a tractor is attached
