This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the installation of a 24,000 BTU, 22.7 SEER2, 2-ton mini-split air conditioning unit with heat pump functionality at the BIA Mescalero Agency building 94, Office 109. The contractor is responsible for supplying one mini-split A/C unit and performing complete installation of both indoor and outdoor components in the designated open office area. The scope includes ensuring all electrical and refrigerant connections comply with manufacturer specifications and local codes, optimizing the indoor unit placement for air distribution, installing and commissioning the outdoor condenser unit with proper drainage and electrical supply, and testing system functionality in both cooling and heating modes.

The installation must be completed within 2 business days from the start date, pending access to the office area and material availability. Deliverables include a fully installed and operational mini-split A/C system with heat pump, written documentation on system operation and maintenance procedures, and a one-year warranty on installation workmanship. The contractor must also provide a brief orientation to office staff on system operation and maintenance. Acceptance criteria require the system to operate efficiently in both cooling and heating modes, comply with local codes and manufacturer guidelines, and ensure office staff are briefed on operation and maintenance.
