The contract requires a contractor to provide and service one ADA and one standard portable toilet weekly between May 1st and October 31st for a base year (2026) with four potential option years (2027-2030). The toilets will be located in an Off-Highway Vehicle recreation area adjacent to Piru Creek, with the primary objectives of providing public facilities and protecting the drinking water and Arroyo Toad habitat from human waste contamination.

The contract specifies weekly servicing (26 total pumps per year) including cleaning, restocking toilet paper, and reporting any service issues. The service is weather-dependent and may be impacted by forest boundary gate closures during wet months (November 1 - April 30).
