STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

VEHICLE RENTALS

COLUMBUS AFB, MISSISSIPPI

1.0 SCOPE.

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope of work to provide rental vehicles for the 2024 Columbus AFB “Thunder over Columbus” airshow for the period of 21 – 22 September 2024. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, management, coordina�on, and transporta�on required to accomplish the work.

2.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

a. Contractor will provide 17 sedans (compact/mid-size SUVs are acceptable op�ons), 2 compact /midsize SUVs (compact/mid-size SUVs not subs�tutable), and 13 mini vans or large SUVs by 1000L on 18 September 2024 to the Ground Transporta�on Compound (Bldg 304) on Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi (Thunderbird Support)

b. Contractor will provide 32 sedans or compact/midsize SUVs by 1000L on 19 September 2024 to the Ground Transporta�on Compound (Bldg 304) on Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi.

c. Contractor may have to support up to an addi�onal 20 sedans to be delivered to the Ground Transporta�on Compound (Bldg 304) by 1000L 19 September 2024. Columbus AFB will provide, no�fica�on in a timely manner if addi�onal vehicles are required.

d. The provided vehicles will be Class II (Compact or Subcompact) or lower in accordance with CFR Title 41, subparts 102-34.35 and 102-34.45. Class III (midsized) or higher vehicles will not be subs�tuted or accepted.

e. All provided vehicles will be fully fueled when delivered to Columbus Air Force Base.

f. Columbus Air Force Base will not be billed for vehicles ordered, but not delivered to the Ground Transporta�on Compound (Bldg 304).

g. Contractor will pick up the vehicles from the Ground Transporta�on Compound (Bldg 304) between the hours of 0800 – 1600L CST on 23 September 2024.

h. Total number of vehicles needed is 64, with a minimum accepted bid of 32.
