About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for heavy equipment rentals at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) in Nevada. The BPA establishes a set price list for large and small heavy equipment rentals, to be delivered to the job site or the Civil Engineering Squadron as needed. The vendor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, maintenance, transportation, and other necessary items to fulfill each equipment rental call under the BPA. The BPA is limited to Nellis AFB and its three main areas. The vendor must meet all applicable federal, state, local, and Nellis AFB rules and regulations, and comply with safety and security requirements. The equipment must be in operable and clean condition prior to delivery.

The related federal contract opportunity is Solicitation Number FA486124R0012 for "99 CES Heavy Equipment", issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command. This is a requirement for a readily available source to rent large and small heavy equipment as a supplement to the government's equipment needs at Nellis AFB.
