The Contractor shall have or shall apply for the required bond and provide documentation to the CO within no less than ten (10) days after Contract award. The bonding shall be kept current throughout the life of this Contract. If a loss is detected, the CO, COR and Contractor shall meet to determine the responsibility for the loss. If the loss has been determined to be the Contractor's responsibility, the Contractor shall reimburse the BEP for the cost of the item(s) lost but no more than the selling price of the items(s). If a credit is due as a result of reevaluation of the cause of a loss, the BEP will make the necessary equitable adjustment.
