Specific technical specifications include a total thickness of 10-14 mil, 7.0 oz per square yard weight, and ability to withstand low temperatures and dimensional changes.
Packaging requirements mandate that each roll be individually packed in a commercial box, palletized, and marked with the stock number, "FR" designation, and contract number. The vendor must roll the material around a 3" cardboard tube, folding the 40' width to approximately 30" before rolling in the 100' direction. Each box must also include a Certificate of Conformance.
