CUI//PROCURE

STATEMENT OF WORK

FACILITY TO BE MAINTAINED: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Data Center located at 888 First Street, N.E. Washington, D.C. 20426, consisting of approximately 3,800 square feet of raised floor space.

Offeror shall furnish services in accordance with specifications set forth below.

The Data Center environment shall be maintained at all times during the cleaning process.

3.1 Services shall include floor surface, windows and hardware cleaning maintenance.

3.2 Cleaning maintenance shall be as follows:

Extreme precautions will be taken to protect hardware devices by not applying large quantities of water and cleaning agents to the floors surface.

Floor Surface Maintenance (Monthly):

• Remove loose contamination by vacuuming the entire floor surface using a HEPA filtered vacuum cleaner including between hardware and associated equipment.

• Perform strip-mopping process. The strip mopping process applies nonionic chemicals, which clean and neutralize static on the raised floor.

• Rota scrub entire floor surface with synthetic scrub pads designed to recondition finish of high-pressure laminate tile flooring. No spills or splashes of finisher shall occur on adjacent areas, walls, equipment.

• Products used to clean floor surface will not reduce static properties of the floor.

Sub-floor Plenum Maintenance (Annually): Optional Systematic lifting of accessible floor tiles, HEPA/ULPA vacuuming of stringers and pedestals; complete sub-floor HEPNULPA vacuum decontamination including removal of ferrous metal.

• Sub-floor Plenum cleaning maintenance will include floor tile rebates, underside of floor tiles, pedestals, field heads, stringers, any mechanical or electrical piping and the actual floor surface using HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners and dust attractive cloths.

• Extreme precaution shall be undertaken to ensure that temperature and relative humidity conditions are maintained while panels are out of the floor system.

Temperature and Relative Humidity shall be monitored throughout the maintenance process.

• Air filtration systems (registers/vents) perforated panels in floor shall be removed vacuumed and/or cleaned with credular tool removing particulate contaminants and replaced.

• Sub-floor void shall be cleaned in such a manner not to disturb the level adjustment of the support pedestals and position of the stringers while the floor panels are out of the floor system.

• Technicians will shift only those tiles that are easily moved. Tiles that are in a fixed position will be cleaned via removal of adjacent tiles.

• Tiles shall be replaced to the location from which they were removed.

CUI//PROCURE

• After completion of services the floor shall be inspected to ensure no tripping hazards exist, technicians shall ensure floor panels are in the place, seated correctly and level.

Above-floor/Hardware Maintenance (Semi-Annually):

• Professionally clean and maintain data center support environment with interference suppressed/shielded equipment and chemical using protocol according toI ES standard RP- 0018 and Federal Standard 209e.

• Clean computer room surfaces to remove dirt and dust from the following components: media racks, cabinets, air handling units, control boxes, electrical panel-boards and glass surface

• Using lint free cloths, casings shall be treated with a special hardware-cleaning agent, which penetrates and removes ink, stains, and prints from hardware devices.

• Perform post-cleaning anti-static treatment on hardware casings, which will minimize the attraction of dirt, dust and provide some protection from static electricity problems.

Data center windows (Monthly):

• Professionally clean all windows inside of the data center including but not limited to:

o Clear and transparent glass/window
