About this file
This is a Contingency Dorm Linen Service Price Schedule template for a Firm Fixed Price contract at Moron Air Base, Spain. The schedule is structured to capture annual costs across a basic ordering period and four option periods, organized by cost categories including Direct Labor for Linen Service, Service Center Overhead, Other Direct Costs/Material/Equipment, General & Administrative costs, and Fee. All line items in the template currently display zero values, indicating this is a blank form requiring offeror completion.
The source data section provides specific operational requirements for Contingency Lodging Managers assigned to buildings 114 and 119, allocating 9 hours daily per person with two personnel per building during occupied status and one during unoccupied status. Key responsibilities include managing work orders through the NEXGEN system, maintaining facility access and scheduling, coordinating equipment repairs with cost estimates and five-year capital improvement plans, inventorying linen and furnishings, and providing 24/7 operational support during occupied periods. The government projects approximately 1,000 member rotations annually with unscheduled missions being the norm. During occupied status, managers must prepare clean operational rooms, conduct safety briefings, manage room assignments based on rank and gender, distribute linen bundles, maintain resident accountability through USG systems, manage lockouts and emergency work orders, and perform pre- and post-occupancy room inspections. During unoccupied status, the contractor maintains standby readiness with clean rooms, manages building perimeter maintenance within 50 feet, maintains furnishings and appliance inventories, and coordinates work orders through government management systems.

First, I’m seeking clarification that these are additional bodies needed who are not currently on the payroll?
In my opinion these would be additional bodies to fill the manager positions.
Second, the nine hours required per line item… Is that daily, weekly, monthly, etc.?
The 9 hours would be daily. However, in the description we have “occupied status and un-occupied status.
So this would possibly vary when dorms are un-occupied.
Finally, are they the same two bodies across all tasks, so just two additional bodies per building?
My answer for this would be similar to the above. When un-occupied I don’t think more than 1 body per bldg. is needed.
When the rooms are occupied additional bodies perhaps 2 per bldg. could accomplish the task required.
2023 – 916 room assignments Out of how many possible for the year? Or is it something else? I’m looking for a ratio of some kind. 916 out of 2000 for the year, for example.
This was the number of people that were in the dorm for the year 2023. Total number of people was 916.
We have a steady yearly rotation, but the normal rhythm is unexpected missions that we receive here at Morón.
I would say with the current pace that number should just be 1000 members yearly.
Next, is it 9 hours per person, or per task (4.5 hours per person)?
This would be 9 hours per person when occupied with members in rooms.
