The contractor must register in SAM and maintain current representations and certifications, including annual updates for small business status on long-term contracts within 60-120 days prior to the fifth-year mark and before any option period exercise. Additional requirements address covered defense telecommunications equipment prohibition, tax withholding on foreign procurements, export-controlled items, and various labor and compliance standards. The document includes deviations from standard FAR provisions dated through February 2026, affecting clauses related to small business set-asides, inverted domestic corporations, and commercial products or services.
